Shipping Policy

Every Rovere piece is handcrafted, so we take care to deliver it safely and on time. This policy explains how delivery works.

1. Where we deliver

We currently deliver within Egypt only. Delivery is available to Cairo, Giza and most governorates. If your area is outside our delivery range, our team will contact you before confirming your order.

2. Order confirmation

After you place your order, our team will call you within 1-2 working days to confirm the details, the fabric and color, and your delivery address.

3. Production and delivery times

  • Ready pieces: delivered within 7-14 working days of confirmation.
  • Made-to-order and custom-color pieces: handcrafted for you and delivered within 21-30 working days of confirmation.

These times are estimates. If anything delays your order, we will contact you with a new delivery date.

4. Delivery fees

The delivery fee depends on your area and is shown at checkout before you pay. Any extra fees for difficult access (for example, no elevator for large pieces or hoisting through a window) will be agreed with you before delivery.

5. Delivery day

  • We will call you to agree on a delivery date and time window.
  • Please make sure someone aged 18 or over is present to receive the order.
  • Our team delivers the pieces inside your home and assembles them where needed.
  • If delivery fails because no one is available or the address is wrong, a re-delivery fee may apply.

6. Inspecting your order

Please inspect every piece in front of the delivery team before signing. If you notice any damage, write it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours with photos. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for details.

7. Payment

You can pay by card online through Paymob or by cash on delivery. For cash on delivery, please have the full amount ready when your order arrives.
